Break Up Your Hour-Long Workout

Fancy a break during your daily workout? It may do your weight-loss efforts some good: Doing two 30-minute workouts with a 20-minute rest break between them burns more fat than exercising for 60 minutes straight, according to research published in the Journal of Applied Physiology.
